Move-In Costs and Rental Payments

The requirements for moving in include an application fee, security deposit with the first month's rent. Tenants are required to place the utilities in their own name with account verification. Credit reports and prior landlord references are required. Application fees are $42, we will pull a soft credit report which will not affect your credit score along with eviction reports and criminal reports. We do not participate in Section 8 or HUD programs. Office hours are available during the first three days of each month to accept rent payments. Please call for appointment on other days.
